Storefront & marketplace

Public store pages, workspace URLs, and custom domains.

Each StokUp business can publish a public storefront where customers browse products, add to cart, and place orders. Inventory and pricing stay in sync with your dashboard — no duplicate catalog to maintain.

What customers see

  • Product grid with images, prices, and stock availability
  • Category and search filters
  • Cart and checkout with your configured payment methods
  • Order confirmation and optional SMS updates
  • Branded header with your logo and business name

Workspace URL

By default your store lives at a workspace subdomain (e.g. yourstore.stokup.online). Choose a memorable slug under Settings → Domain & Workspace. Share this link on social media, WhatsApp, and email campaigns.

Custom domain setup

  1. 1Open Settings → Domain & Workspace → Add custom domain.
  2. 2Enter your domain (e.g. shop.yourbrand.com) and copy the CNAME target shown.
  3. 3In your DNS provider, create a CNAME record pointing to the StokUp target.
  4. 4Return to settings and click Verify — propagation can take up to 48 hours.
  5. 5Once verified, HTTPS is provisioned automatically and your storefront serves on your domain.

Enable only in-stock products on the storefront to avoid overselling — stock levels update in real time after POS and WooCommerce sales.

Configure at least one online payment gateway (Paystack, Flutterwave, or Stripe) before promoting checkout — cash-on-delivery can be enabled separately.
