Orders & deliveries

Order pipeline, payment status, and delivery tracking.

All sales — POS, storefront, WooCommerce imports, and manual orders — appear in one Orders pipeline. Filter by channel, payment status, or date to manage fulfilment without switching between tools.

Order lifecycle

  1. 1Order is created with line items, taxes, and optional customer link.
  2. 2Payment is recorded — full, partial, or unpaid depending on method.
  3. 3Stock decrements from the assigned warehouse when the order is confirmed.
  4. 4For delivery orders, assign address, rider, and track status through to delivered.
  5. 5Receipt can be printed or sent via SMS/email where configured.

  • Line items with quantity, unit price, discount, and line total
  • Payment method, amount paid, and outstanding balance
  • Customer profile link with contact info and purchase history
  • Receipt preview and reprint
  • Activity log — who changed status and when
  • Delivery section with address autocomplete and rider assignment

Payment statuses

StatusMeaning
PaidFull amount collected — order ready to fulfil
PartialDeposit received — balance due on delivery or pickup
UnpaidAwaiting payment — common for invoiced B2B orders
RefundedPayment reversed — stock may be restored

Deliveries hub

Deliveries shows orders awaiting dispatch. Assign riders, update status (pending → out for delivery → delivered), and filter by date or business session. Delivery report breaks down performance by rider and average fulfilment time.

Use address autocomplete when creating delivery orders — it reduces failed deliveries and speeds up rider handoff.
