Getting started
From plan selection to your first sale — this guide walks through every step of setting up StokUp, including the in-app setup wizard, catalog, POS, and optional integrations.
Follow this order from first visit to first sale on StokUp.
Pick the Free 14-day plan to explore, or select Pro, Business, or Enterprise on the pricing page if you need WooCommerce sync, SMS, and advanced reports from day one.
Register with your name, work email, and a strong password. After sign-in, you'll be guided to create your business workspace — one account can own one business (multi-user teams join via invite).
Enter your store name, default currency, and timezone. StokUp provisions your workspace URL (yourstore.stokup.online) and an isolated database for your products, orders, and team.
The in-app onboarding wizard walks you through business details, location, plan confirmation, SMS, team invites, your first product, and launch. Skippable steps can be finished later from Settings.
Add your catalog, configure payment methods, open the POS register, and optionally connect WooCommerce. Run a test sale, check Overview KPIs, and you're ready for customers.
After creating your business, StokUp guides you through eight steps. Progress is saved — you can leave and return anytime.
Overview of what you'll configure and estimated time to complete setup.
Confirm store name, phone, email, and currency. These appear on receipts and your storefront.
Add your shop address and branch name for deliveries and reports. You can skip and add later.
Review your current plan or upgrade. Paid plans unlock WooCommerce, SMS automations, and higher limits.
Request a sender ID and preview receipt SMS. Skip if you don't need messaging yet.
Add a manager or cashier by email. They receive an invite to join with the role you assign.
Add one product to verify your catalog works before bulk import. Skip if you plan to CSV import.
Review your checklist and mark onboarding complete. You'll land on the dashboard ready to sell.
Before your first real customer, confirm these items are done.
