This Privacy Policy explains how StokUp ("we", "us") collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use our website, application, and related services. We process data to operate the Service, improve security, and support your business.

- Business data — products, inventory, orders, customers, suppliers, expenses, and reports you create

- Integration data — WooCommerce store URLs, sync mappings, and webhook payloads you connect
- Communications — SMS content and delivery logs when you use messaging features

- Provide, maintain, and secure the Service
- Process transactions, subscriptions, and support requests
- Sync data with integrations you enable (e.g. WooCommerce, SMS providers)

We retain account and business data while your subscription is active. After cancellation, data is retained for a limited period to allow export and legal compliance, then deleted or anonymized unless longer retention is required by law.
Backup copies may persist for a short window before automatic purging.

Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, restrict, or port personal data, and to object to certain processing. Business owners can manage team member data through dashboard settings.
