Customers & suppliers

CRM, purchase orders, and import workflows.

People is your CRM layer — track who buys from you and who supplies your stock. Customer records power POS checkout, SMS, reports, and repeat-order workflows. Supplier records feed purchase orders and cost tracking.

Customers

  1. 1Create at POS during checkout (quick-add) or from People → Customers → New.
  2. 2Enter name, phone, email, and optional address — phone is used for SMS.
  3. 3Assign customers to orders for history and segmentation.
  4. 4Review purchase totals, order count, and last order date on the profile.
  5. 5Import bulk customers from CSV (name, phone, email columns).

  • Link to delivery addresses for faster checkout

Suppliers

Suppliers represent vendors you buy inventory from. Link products to default suppliers for faster purchase order creation.

  1. 1Add supplier under People → Suppliers with contact details.
  2. 2Create a purchase order: select supplier, add line items, submit.
  3. 3Receive stock — quantities update in the assigned warehouse.
  4. 4Review supplier spend in Reports → Purchases.

Always capture phone numbers at POS — even walk-in customers — so you can send receipts and order updates via SMS.
